    Go to https://yoursite.com/wp-admin and enter your username/email and password that was provided to you. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Lost your password?” link and follow the prompts. Your new password will be sent to the email address linked to your account. If you were never given account information or are having trouble, please fill out the support form.

    Remember to always click “Save” when editing content. Once all your changes are done, remember to click the “Publish/Update” button in the right column, otherwise your changes will not update on your site. You can preview your changes before pushing them live by clicking “Preview”. Some changes may not appear immediately until you clear your browser cache. Press “Ctrl +Shift + R” on PC or press “Command + Shift + R” on Mac to clear your cache. You can also view the site in an incognito window to double check the changes.

    We keep daily back-ups of your site, so let us know when your site “broke”, and we can restore it back to that date.
