About Us

At Idea Kraft, we connect people and brands through thoughtful design and digital experiences. We’ve done this for legacy financial institutions, public health campaigns, and car dealerships, just to name a few. We’re searching for a confident and motivated New Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team and help build out best-in-class brands and websites for our clients. This role is available as a full-time or a part-time position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the creative agency setting. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • You have strong writing skills and command of the English language (grammar, spelling and vocabulary).
  • You’re always up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
  • Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to develop proposals and presentations that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
