Shortly after your site launches, we’ll schedule a virtual training session—either one-on-one or in a group setting—to familiarize you with the features and functionalities of your new website. 

During this session, we’ll cover the basics of maintaining your new website, including how to make routine content updates and handle basic troubleshooting. We want you to feel confident about updating your new site, and we’ll answer any questions you have during and after the training. 

We’ll provide you with step-by-step instructions written specifically for your website so you can refer to them as needed and see exactly what you need to do. We also offer this handy guide to updating your CMS while maintaining accessibility and a strong user experience.

Prompt support when you need it (or want it).

Even after launching, we offer a range of support services. Whether you encounter an error, need a refresher on how to handle certain processes, or prefer not to make updates on your own, our web team is here to help.
